A lush 2 Gold Star - Great Taste Award winner in 2017 - dry sweet cured with real Canadian Maple and molasses and subtly cold smoked, this cracker combines sophisticated and subtle sweetness with wonderful, slight, saltiness giving a well balanced fantastic later taste. A firm contender in anyone's mind and, not surprisingly, everyone's' pioneering favourite.
Cooking: Done in 90 seconds flat - high heat, frying pan, no oil, 60 seconds side one and 30 seconds side two is how we like it. Put on the extractor fan! Doesn't take long, seriously, this is a different beast than you may be used to - treat as you would a loved one
Pairing: Great for kids to practice cooking with and developing life skills - go on give them crack at it! Exceptional with traditional breakfasts, tomatoes and low'n'slow eggs or used to make fantastic burnt toffee spoons in bacon desserts like Bacon ice creams, flip it in a pancake with even more maple syrup and fresh lemon!
