Treacle and Ale - Really deep dark loveliness.

Pronounced [Dark Doo_loch] and a happy recipient of 1 Gold Star at the 2017 Great Taste Awards (in its Lardon form). Literally means 'Dark Black Loch' and the colour of an old, beautiful friends eyes. Traditionally dry cured and cold smm..oaked this beauty is also a TV star. Dark liquoricey treacleness bursting with a calm deep flavour profile, beautifully smooth and well rounded - a truly magnificent experience!

Allergens: Minute traces of Gluten, Garlic

Cooking: Done in 90 seconds flat - high heat, frying pan, no oil, 60 seconds side one and 30 seconds side two is how we like it. Put on the extractor fan! Doesn't take long, seriously, this is a different beast than you may be used to - treat as you would a loved one.

Pairing: on a beef burger, wrap around sausages and grill, stuffed into chicken, drinkified in Gazpachio or flash fried for a quick family snackcident or try a pea and bacon soup....anything, mix it up folks.
