Doric (local dialect round these parts) for excited, high-spirited, disorderly gathering - a bit like the team in here.
Traditionally dry cured and cold smm..oaked 3 times this one but with tangible real fruitiness and honey soak shining through to the end of the mouthful! It's a bit of an imaginative masterpiece and worth a shot - well local.

Cooking: Done in 90 seconds flat - high heat, frying pan, no oil, 60 seconds side one and 30 seconds side two is how we like it. Put on the extractor fan! Doesn't take long, seriously, this is a different beast than you may be used to - treat as you would a loved one.
Pairing: We've used this for a relaxed breakfast with a difference, on pancakes, with Haggis or in a whisky sauce for steaks. Oh yeah baby!
History: The Lost Loch Distillery created this Dream of a Dram called Haroosh an'nae far fae here in Aboyne, expertly blending Whisky, Honey and Native Brambles. It's unlike anything we have tasted before (it's epic poured on meringues no less) we just had to give our Epic Bacon the 'Haroosh Massage' and boy does it work.
