Bacons' bacon and our purest offering - Granny's traditional, dry cured bacon, loads of forebears character, pure unadulterated porkiness and it's subtly double smmm..oaked!
Cooking: Done in 90 seconds flat - high heat, frying pan, no oil, 60 seconds side one and 30 seconds side two is how we like it. Put on the extractor fan! Doesn't take long, seriously, this is a different beast than you may be used to - treat as you would a loved one... like your Nana.
Pairing: Fried off quickly in slivers and mixed warm into salads. Chopped in with burgers or meatballs, try it in carbonaras using the pasta water mixed with an egg yolk for real authentic creaminess or added for umaminess in a cottge pie. Heaven in a roll and simple as Mac and Cheese - awesomeness on a plate or on a pizza - go, go, go!
History: Named after our youngest team member, taken on hiking and biking trips but ace for a noisy Sunday brunch too.
