Plain, double smmmm..oaked, simple stuff.

Our streakies are the best types of bacons you'll ever likely eat. They are genuinely awesome, resilient products. Streaky is fatty but it's a melt in the mouth fantastic cream too. For taste addicts, pork fat is the bizz. This is unlike most commercially available streakies. It is pure, divine pleasure and so good that you will not be able to tell if you're eating the fat or the meat - honestly give it a go - you've nothing to lose and a whole new world of taste sensation to grab and unleash. Streaky Blinder for sure!

Cooking: Done in 60 seconds flat - high heat, frying pan, no oil, 30 seconds side one and 30 seconds side two is how we like it. Put on the extractor fan! Doesn't take long, seriously this is a different beast than you may be used to  - treat as you would a loved one.

Pairing: Bacon roll calling or quick cook macaroni cheese - go on it's easy and dead quick!
