A subtle tomatoey, tamarind flavoured kind of bacon with hints of Tarragon helping to maintain a nice robust, background, Oak smokiness.
Cooking: Done in 60 seconds flat - high heat, frying pan, no oil, 30 seconds side one and 30 seconds side two is how we like it. Put on the extractor fan! Doesn't take long, seriously this is a different beast than you may be used to treat as you would a loved one.
Pairing: With a grounded flavour and slight tomato falvour this is a great base layer, savoury bacon and ready for any action without the need to fight any flavours. Great for Garden Parties, Helicopter trips and brekkie in your PJs.
History: This is our new regally flavoured #epicbacon called Rebel Prince. It's named after Mr Harry Windsor who, if he was a bacon would be this kind of bacon.
